Returns, Cancellations & Problems
Here at Ouroboros Screen Prints each product is custom made to order which means we are unable to offer a refund unless the product in question does not match your order or the product is faulty. In the case of a faulty item please send photographs and description of the problem to email@example.com and our customer services team can help you from there. We will not be able to take any action until the product in question has been returned to us at Ouroboros Screen Prints for an assessment. We retain the rights to offer account credit, a refund or re-print depending on the problem. We cannot acept returns or process refunds because of sizing issues.
Refunds can only be offered before any work has been undertaken, if you need to cancel your order please call us on 01603 340980 as soon as possible. We retain the rights to substitute products for similar products in the event of shortages or misprints where applicable. Failure to inform us here at Ouroboros Screen Prints of a problem within 24 hours of receiving the goods will mean the order is deemed to have been accepted and checked.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver the goods or any losses incurred. We cannot be held responsible for any delays on your order due to stock issues or production problems such as mechanical difficulties.
Full payment is required before any work can be started. We accept direct bank transfer and Paypal
Our general turnaround time is 10-14 business days from artwork aproval and payment. We offer a rush order service on request for a small charge.
